Sanyo Fact #1

The name SANYO means "three oceans" - specifically the Pacific, Atlantic and Indian oceans - and symbolizes the electronics company's global perspective.

Sanyo Fact #2

The SANYO Blimp is the first of the A-150 series of lightships. It is called a lightship because of its unique luminosity in the dark. At night, the lightship glows, using illuminated envelope technology and two 1,000 watts metal halide bulbs which light up the interior.
