Projectors Now, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order for products and no order will be binding upon Projectors Now, Inc. until accepted in writing.

Pricing

While every effort is made to keep pricing on our website up to date and accurate, occasionally there may be a technical or administrative error in website pricing. Final order pricing is subject to verification by a sales representative. You will be contacted by us if there has been an error in the pricing of your order online. Projectors Now Inc. does not verify the accuracy of prices listed online and will not be held responsible for pricing errors.

Small Ordering Fee

All sales orders under $100.00 are subject to a $15.00 small order fee.

Currency

All prices where indicated are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Taxes

There is a 5% sales tax applied for all customers with a Maryland shipping address. For all other customers, you agree to pay the taxes, fees, or charges imposed by government authorities on any purchase or shipment of products. You are responsible for remitting such taxes directly to the proper authorities.

Method of Payment

We accept credit cards, money orders, cashier checks, company checks, purchase orders, personal checks, and wire transfers, subject to the following restrictions:

Credit Cards

Projectors-Now, Inc. accepts domestic VISA, MasterCard, and American Express cards. No additional surcharges apply for credit card purchases. NOTICE: All credit card purchases are checked for address verification and/or fraudulent use, using the most up-to-date methods. It is our aim to protect both ourselves and the consumer against credit card fraud. Unfortunately, we cannot accept international credit card orders.

Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Company Checks, and Personal Checks

Projectors-Now, Inc. accepts money orders, cashier checks, company checks, and personal checks in U.S. Dollars only. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 15 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before your order can be processed. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Purchase Orders

Projectors-Now, Inc. accepts educational and corporate purchase orders. Please call for details.

Wire Transfers

Projectors-Now, Inc. accepts wire transfers only for international sales. Please note that ALL payments from international customers must be wire transfers. We cannot accept credit card transactions from overseas accounts.

Leasing

Leasing terms are available on any purchase item over $2000, upon approved credit. Our leasing program requires only a 10% security deposit at lease signing. Rates quoted are based upon a 3 year lease program and are for reference purposes only (rates may vary). For an application or more information, please contact Projectors-Now, Inc.

Shipping

All shipments are F.O.B. point of origin. Products will be shipped via carriers designated by Projectors Now, Inc. The method of shipment will be determined from information provided during the order process. We will charge the cost of shipping, freight and insurance, on all purchases, as applicable and at our discretion. Projectors Now, Inc. will not be responsible for any loss, damage or penalty resulting from delivery delays or delivery failures. Title will pass from Projectors Now, Inc. to the customer upon delivery.

Return Policy

Unopened Merchandise

Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receipt date (the date the product(s) were delivered via electronic tracking information provided to us by the freight company) without a restocking charge (except for screens or special order items), if the original manufacturer's carton is unopened and undamaged. You must notify us before the 10-day grace period expires. If the package is returned after 10 days, a 15% restocking charge will be assessed. No unopened merchandise returns are accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. Screens are subject to a 15% restocking fee for any return. Projector lamps, accessories, and special order items are non-returnable. All returns must have a RA (Return Authorization) number and proof of purchase enclosed. To obtain a RA number, please call Projectors-Now, Inc. Monday through Friday, between 8:30am to 4:30pm EST. RA numbers are good for 10 days after issuance. We do not accept returns on any "special order" items. If in doubt, please call us for details.

RESELLER NOTICE: Projectors Now, Inc. will not accept or issue returns from resellers on opened merchandise. Conditions apply above for any unopened merchandise.

Defective Merchandise

All defective merchandise claims must be directed to the product manufacturer for resolution. This includes, but is not limited to, returns, exchanges, service, and support. Often times, the manufacturer will recommend a local dealer for support and service issues.

Product Warranty

Projectors Now, Inc. does not manufacture or design the products listed on this site and does not imply any warranty or representation related to your use of any product. All products purchased through Projectors Now, Inc. will be subject to the manufacturer's standard warranty for the products. All warranty issues must be directed to the product manufacturer for resolution. PROJECTORS NOW, INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties of limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

Opened Merchandise

Returns on opened merchandise (defined as opening the original merchandise carton) will be accepted up to 10 days after the receipt date (the date the product(s) were delivered via electronic tracking information provided to us by the freight company). You must notify us before the 10-day grace period expires. A 15% restocking charge will be assessed on all opened merchandise. Additionally, all items are quality inspected upon return. If any malfunction is noted, the unit(s) is considered "Defective Merchandise" and all terms apply as such as noted above. Remember, all returns must have a RA number assigned before shipment. No returns will be accepted without a RA number and proof of purchase. RA numbers are good for 10 days after issuance. All returns must be 100% complete. Missing accessories or packaging will increase the restocking fee to cover our cost for replacing these item(s) at our discretion. We do not accept returns on any "special order" items. Disclaimer

Projectors-Now, Inc. shall not be liable for direct, indirect, consequential, or other damages (including damages from loss of business and loss of profits) resulting from the use of any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Legal

All terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any lawsuit, action or litigation must be filed in the Circuit Court of Baltimore County, Maryland, and you agree to the jurisdiction and venue of such court.
